PROCESSING
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS
We understand that products may not always work out but for sanitary/health reasons we cannot accept returns meaning all sales are final. If there are any problems or concerns, please contact me at flarebybrittjenee@hotmail.com and I'll work with you to figure out a solution.

Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Flare by Britt Jenee is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

PACKAGING

While the packaging is all super cute!!! FYI you only get the Exclusive packaging BOXES if you purchase two and or three lashes. i.e. if you purchase more then three you will receive three lashes in a box and one in a mailer etc, if you purchase five you will receive two boxes... one box with two lashes and the other with three lashes.
